Creating a final product involves many steps. It all begins when there is demand for a specific type of hook that is not yet available in the assortment. This demand may arise due to a particular problem or the need to complete the product range.
Once the idea has taken shape, the initial sketches are drawn, and careful thought goes into the concept and features of the hook. After all, the product must serve a purpose, and it is designed around that goal.
Once the idea is fully developed—from dimensions and design to materials—graphic drawings or models are created to form a product that can then be sampled in the factory. These samples are sent to headquarters, where they undergo a rigorous review. The samples are adjusted until the product is perfect.
Meanwhile, work is underway on the packaging, which must also be designed. The packaging goes through a similar process as the new product. Sometimes it’s a bit easier if there is already existing packaging within the current product range.
Once both the product sample and packaging are perfected, they are ordered in a large first batch to be sold. It’s an exciting and rewarding moment to finally show the world what we’ve been working on for so long!
